Bibliography of User-/Survivor-led Research

This list of resources were selected from the larger bibliography created by members of the international listserv and include peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, presentations, and technical assistance materials. This collection of knowledge deals mostly with mental health services but also contains work surrounding disability/mad studies, the sociology of mental illness, and other relevant work. These works have been identified by listserv members as being user-/survivor-led.

International Listserv

The 'building capacity' project operates an international listserv.  Click here to join. Additional workgroups, groups and meetings are generally organized via the listserv, including intervision, writing groups, etc.  Join the list to find out more!

Collaborating Partners Project

In addition to our graduate programs directory, we are planning a directory of university and other research partners that have a track record of partnering equitably with community stakeholders.  To recommend a research entity (including non-profit and for-profit evaluation and consulting groups as well as university centers) please click here.
